(I tried posting this a few moments ago and when I clicked to publish, I was brought to the sign in page and I had to sign in again and my article was not saved)
Just like yesterday, I had a healthy breakfast, a healthy dinner, and a very bad lunch.
My breakfast consisted of a Weight Watchers English Muffin with all-natural peanut butter, a small bowl of frozen mixed berries, and a short glass of pomegranate juice.
Lunch was a dud. At the daycare center that I worked at lunch is provided to the children and teachers can eat the lunch as well. Lunch today was meatloaf(at least that is what we were told), biscuits, mashed potatoes, green beans, and peaches. I had 1 square of meatloaf, 2 biscuits, 4 oz. of mashed potatoes, and some peaches. That was 11:30am. I was a little bit hungry when I had my break at 2:15. I walked over to CVS and bought a Stouffer's frozen lasagna, a bag of dorritos, and a Lipton Iced Citrus Green Tea(the only healthy part of my lunch).
As I got into my car at the end of my shift at 6 this evening, I was ready to redeem myself and enjoy a healthy dinner. I enjoyed a wonderful salad consisting of iceburg lettuce mix, 2 thin slices of ham, some feta cheese, half of an avaocado, sprouts, and fat free dijon dressing.
Despite my very bad lunch, I am not going to beat myself up for it and I will start again fresh tomorrow. In face, I am going to my fridge now and prepare my lunch for tomorrow.
Healthy Eating and Happy Living Everyone!!!!
