---What To Do When Winter Days Feel Like Spring...

Tuesday the temperatures were in the 60's.

But I started out my day with the proverbial feeding of the squirrels.....

they were waiting patiently in their perches when I went out the front as usual....

I had already planned on a chunk of pumpernickel and heal from a loaf of white bread for them........

which I tore up and distributed around where they like to feed....

I caught this little guy in the act........

and the rest were already in their perches eating what they had found....

and then the last one scurried up too.........

and up above we were serenaded by this pretty red cardinal.

who was probably waiting for them to leave so he could scavenge the leftovers......

you know what them squirrel are doing getting ready for the big snow storm like every one in the store they make a mad dash for food ans store it...

These are all great shots Randee, we have lots of squirrels come up to our place too. Looked out the window at about 12:30 AM, and were two deer just standing there, and a little ferril cat nearby , neither noticing the other. Wish we could all get along like that.
