Thunderstorms & Tornados

At least 3 or 4 times a week we've been getting severe storms.  At least twice in the last week we watched tornados go over us only to touch down a few miles away.  Today when the warnings came, I went out to get the animals fed before it hit.  It came up pretty fast but didn't look that bad at first & I took a couple pictures of the sky.  Before I could get in the house, it opened up & poured.  The wind was strong and I tried to get a picture of the rain going sideways.  That didn't work very well but just as I snapped it the lightening hit pretty close.  You can see it in the right hand side of the picture.  We lost power off & on for the next 2 hours so I had everything unplugged.  Last I heard a tornado had been spotted over my daughters town 60 miles away.  Here the sky is clear & looks to be a pleasant evening.  Crazy weather!!!
