bwahahahahaha - thanks Mona - this tree is not big. i've maintained it small - may be 6 or 7 feet in height max. - last year it finally started producing grapefruit... well.. i had to learn a few tricks and secrets to help it out a year or two before that. this year it is covered with big clusters - this is a small cluster. i'm actually surprised the scent hasnt drifted through your area of the planet with the breeze from around here... it is a potent scent. and it is delicious too.

That is how I feel when my gardenia blooms ... I know before I see. It looks like I will get about 50 flowers this year ... yeahhhhhhh

thank you Michelle - wow, that gardenia sounds great. i've tried several different kinds of gardenia that i have not had much success with and then others that i do. i just havnt figured out what makes the difference - the scent tho is awesome, yes.
