I am having a blast viewing all the beautiful "bloomers" you are publishing to my new group "BLOOMER LOVERS"! With the ground having been dormant for several months, nothing is more appealing to our eyes than green along with bold and beautiful colors!!! No matter how dark and dreary your day may be....beautiful flowers will always cheer you up and put a smile on your face!!!
To increase our knowledge of the beautiful "bloomers" that each of you are sharing, I am asking for you to please include the name of the flower(s) you are posting. There are lots of members in this group and on gather who have loads of knowledge with regard to flowers, plants and trees. If you do not know the name of the flower(s) no problem....with all the expertise on gather 'someone' will most probably know!! I have inquired as to two different flowers and have learned they both grow very well in 'my little world', so I am certain I will locate, purchase and plant them in my yard!!!
Thanks to each of you who have joined my beautiful group.....I so much appreciate the 'bloomers' you have published and the 'bloomers' you will be publishing! To those who are not yet members, I want to extend a warm invitation for you to join us at "BLOOMER LOVERS"!!!!
If you are not a 'bloomer lover' and would like to become a 'bloomer lover' please click on this link:
Okay 'gather experts' what is the name of this flower?????? It dose no grow as a plant or bush.....it looks like a tree. As you can see, the petals on the bud are much darker than the petals on the bloom!!

Hope all your days are colorful and that you always love your 'bloomers'!!!!

I am looking forward to going thru the groups photos.
Very nice...and you did a great job with the group banner.
It's a Japanese Magnolia ,or sometimes called Saucer Magnolia . Some call it the Tulip Tree. I've got a hybrid ,Kathryn ( I think ) ,about 9 yrs old now. Cold hurt it back about a month ago ,but it's still going to bloom some. Magnolia X Soulangiana
Have a great gather day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for posting to sparealine.gather.com
All we have so far are crocuses, but I'm going on vacation next week and I'll probably just flood the place with flower shots.
Thanks so much for posting this to
my group
Phil = "Tulip Tree"....that was the name someone told me they thought it was but they were not sure. Thanks!!
PJS = You are too much!!!!! Some of my 'bloomers' smell lovely but then I smelled a 'bloomer' last week that would cause you to drop dead!!!!! LOL
Smelling bloomers, eh PJS?
Luv = I saw the most beautiful 'bloomer' last week, -- when I walked over to smell it,, it literally took my breathe. It actually smelled like cheap perfume....I have no idea what type flower it was but it certainly had a foul odor!!
