Each year tulips are planted that flower before Mother's Day, which are then dug up and replaced by more tulips that are meant to flower for the festival. I decided to beat the crowds and take an early stroll through Washington Park to capture the tulips in all their glory. I took over 100 photos... here are some of my favorites. Enjoy!

















If you happen to be near Albany the weekend of Mother's Day weekend check it out. The festival runs Friday the 9th through Sunday the 11th.
