Every time you go to the bathroom use a dixie cup and drink 3-5 "shots" of water. They're usually 3-5 ounces so you'll get between 9-25 ounces really quickly. Cut down on waste by using the same cup all day. Make the water as cold as you can stand and your body will burn calories bringing it up to your body temp and digest.
