SlimQuick Diet Pills - Do they work???

I've never tried the, but I'm kind of skeptical of all diet pills.

My sis told me about them and we both decided to try them together so I will let ya know in a week if they work.. =)

Join Weight Watchers. They have the best program. Dieting is not about pills. It is about eating right and exercising.

No pill works! Good ole diet and excersize does work. I don't trust diet pills.

Diet pills are no good and for the most part; don't work. Most are loaded with caffeine and just 'speed' you up. The thing that works best is finding something that works for your body, lifestyle and time schedule best...and a lot of willpower! I lost 250 pounds without outside assistance (no diet pills or diet plans). I devised my own diet, something that worked for me, and the end result was what made me stick to it...I'd be thin and no longer 'larger than life' and looking like 'twins'. I went from 425 down to 175 in about a year and a half. There really was no exercise involved, either///just my everyday walking. Being 6'4, the weight I got down to was a little low, so I now maintain at 180-185...and have stayed there for the past 5 years because I like the way I look now. Anyone can do it if they put their mind to it!

You are better off walking, increasing your fruit and vegetable intake, taking a fiber supplement, drinking more water. You will start losing right away.

Last I knew, none of those fad diets/pills, etc. actually work. Save your money.

Nope eating less and doing more is the only thing that works in the long run if fact some of those pills can be harmful

I was also very disappointed to find a diet and exercise guide in the box. There's no mention of this in the television commercial! (LOL)

If you read the instructions very carefully you will see that there is a diet attached to it. Even though they say you don't have to diet in order to lose weight, it will tell you the best way is to follow this meal plan. So why bother to take the pills your body does not need if the best way is watching what you eat?

I use slim quick and been using it for a couple of months now i used to weigh 245 and now i weigh 180 and im happy with the results and i am going to keep on takeing them until i get down to 150 when you use them you have to stick to it and take your pills every day on time. when i take them it makes me not want to eat junk food the only bad thing that i would say about it is that it been days when it made me not want to eat and i make myself eat. but if you do take i would say to exercise because i didnt exercise at all and i have a little loose skin nothing to bad but im am going to exercise to tighten everything up.

Never taken pills to lose weight.

I personally wouldn't take diet pills to lose weight.
