Cooking is poetry.
Blend, stir, shade - perhaps add fire with spices - sometimes sweet - sometimes robust.
Feel colors - hear shapes - see aroma.
This - vegan - recipe is a poem.
Cook it and discover - poetry!

CARE FOR DESSERT?

Apple,
cored and hollowed
to make room for rolled oats,
cinnamon, some favorite jam.
Ginger heats it all up delicately.
A hot oven blends everything
to a scrumptious dessert:
a healthy baked
apple!
