I found out about this via reading a post from the deluded who think it is true!
I cannot believe how a faction of people can seriously believe and discuss such obvious and blatent truth twisting and conspiracy theory!
This time Glenn Beck has managed to trip himself up, when confronted that his scenario was a direct steal from an X-Files episode, he tried to cover up his lies by saying he wasn't sure if it was true of not!
This shows a steady deterioration of common sense in this country!
Take you pick, it is all nuts!

And most of them own guns.
Beck is a m Mormon, who was so obviously abused as a child. He has to now be the "big Man" and bully of the school-yard!
He landed himself some big money with his show, as there's big money to be made in the field of opposition political showbiz, and an audience to ply to. Big, big money in conspiracy theories. Even the History Channel is saturated with it.
Sure would be nice to see some basic love of country and devotion to equal rights trumping all the religious crapola since we pretty much know where that got us in the past!
Was the word 'moron' a typo or NOT? LOL
I'm not sure how his finding no support can be considered support.
He never believed the "theory" or promoted it. Your claiming it so is a continuation of a lie about him created by those who hate him and what he stands for.
FEMA camps debunked
But it is so typical of him, and the other FOX news trying-in-on group. They say anything and if enough people fall for it they have ratings, if someone dares prove the truth, they recant. cowards and liars!

And the video of Beck saying there WILL be FEMA camps as well as the video of the X-files putting the same theory forward can be seen on The Huffington Post

The Huffington post article and others (I presume) is what led to Beck doing his debunking of the FEMA camps.
In the article Feldman claims Beck is recycling the old X file script as he posts that Beck said that he can't prove that the camps exist!
Nothing that Feldman writes shows that Beck is/was a believer of the theory.
"Conservative Badlands"
Well I guess you must hate the founders of our great country as much as you hate Beck!
They too visited the dangers of having a large tyrannical central government, just read some of Thomas Jefferson's writings.
I didn't see anything in Becks program where he said these things are going to come to be, just that they are a possibility and that we should be prepared.
Gee....How does that Boy Scout pledge go?
You and others who think like you are engaging in your own form of conspiratorial thinking.....Only you are conspiring against a man, a person, because you don't like him because he opposes what you believe, large government, spreading the wealth, social rights as opposed to individual rights.
We need to spread the wealth, the government has actually become less sicne Bush ran away. All your constitutional rights were removed from the bush/Cheyney coup with the Patirot act and defying the UN and all those torture camps and I am sure the Bush people still have those they didn't like in prisons somewhere.
Beck is an entertainer. I do not find him entertaining.
He proactively debunked it.
(VEG)
A clear case of, you hate Beck and will believe anything that reflects badly on him, even if it is not true.
I will believe anything that reflects badly on him even if it is not true?
Disagree there, but I have had enough reason to hate him from the things that come out of his mouth. Beck is the Jean Jacques Rousseau of right wing punditry. It's all about emotional sensitivity with Beck. I like facts.
Dan, It goes both ways. You hate Obama (and his administration) that you believe ''anything'' that reflects badly on him, true or not. Mostly not.
Dr.,
I don't hate Obama,
I just oppose his policies!
If you read my posts you will find nothing I post that reflects hate for anyone.
You can't prove that statement, it's just more liberal hate.
I was vilified on another post by david A. in which they were all stroking their Republican fellows by talking of how Obama was going to put everybody in FEMA Internment camps, I found that it had happened, Glenn Beck was the instigator and then suddenly the videos are down, Beck is debunking his own statements. All swept neati]ly under-the-carpet. gaslighting the likes of me and the voices of reason.
Oh so you said:
"but the same rhetoric from a Repulbican would be accepted with no qualms!"
With love?
LOL!
Kinda like this thread Where you all are trying to say Beck believed in something he has never believed in because he produced a show that debunked the same conspiracy you claim he believed in.
LOL!
