The States of Kansas & California are & have announced that they have to suspend paying back their state inhabitants tax refunds.
Are we believing our ears? Can we believe what we are hearing? Is this the first time in American history that our States have had to make such announcements? If you are living in one of these States, what do you have to say about all of this? Why are not reading about this on Gather?
Am I the only one who thinks this is monumental?
