Hi Elsie ~ WE are so glad you are with us. WE are very HONORED to have you. I'm really EXCITED about SEEing some of the Snippets that you will create.

Just to fill you in a little on Snippets ~ WE basically work freestyle on our Snippets of "30" words or less. You've come into a time where we have just started Our 2nd Snippets CHALLENGE on the topic of "SHADOWS". We're all challenged to write FOUR Snippets in FOUR Days. Our 2nd CHALLENGE just started on SATURDAY, August 1st, and ends at MIDNIGHT on August 4th ~ Eastern Time.

If anyone gets behind, they have a chance to catch up. What is so great about writing Snippets is that they are "30" words or less. This becomes a breeze once you get started with the first one. Brynn Holt, Our GRAND MASTER Snippets Crew Member will tell you. He showed us all up in Our 1st~Ever Snippets CHALLENGE that just wrapped up ~ which was Freestyle -- no topic on that one.

Hi Jennifer ~ "sadness" is relative. One can never put stock in shadows ~ they tend to fade. And depending on how the Reader interprets this Snippet, the "sadness" you mentioned can be a GOOD THING ~ maybe the connection was better left in the 'shadows' so to speak ~ l o l...
