You gather me unto yourself
like flowers plucked from the vine;
In your hands I feel beautiful.
Opening before you, hungering
for the taste of you,
I cover you in my scent,
and you reek of lilacs and musk;
A heady combination we are!
Born of light,
consumed in darkness,
we come together as one;
Your flesh pours over me
like water to the earth;
Renewed is how I feel
now that I am yours.
