Amen

I sit back many days and nights and play songs and watch videos on YouTube. Many times it is to hear a song or two from the past. Other times I am feeling sorry for myself and need to hear the music to get me in a better mood. Whatever the reason many times I tend to listen to songs that make one thinks. Right now is one of those times I am up all night and can't sleep. Yeap, to much on my mind and out of my prescribed sleep meds. I gotta listen to that music com alive and loud. It you wish to have something on your mind, to think about. Than click on this and have something to think about :

My favorite part is telling you not to give up on the one you love. Boy doesn't that say a mouth full when you are hurting insde..I say AMEN!!! I say it loud!! AMEN!!!

I know about not being able to sleep but I am stubborn enough to not take sleeping meds. I have just dealt with it so long that when I finally get tired enough I will sleep. I hope you get some rest soon.

I tried going with out sleep meds. But it was not beneificial to myself or my family. I tried doing it on my own, with over the counter crap and home remedies. Nothing worked. 3 to 4 nights with little to no sleep was not doing me or my family a favor. I am glad you are strong enough to deal with it. Sad to I am not as strong as you my friend.

I like most of his songs. I also like him because he can sing and do so many differenet music styles. He is very versital. Not many singers can do that.

I try to meditate a bit before I head for bed. Just some deep breathing. Even so I have problems sleeping through the night. Prayer helps too.

AMEN........I love this song. It says so much about what is happening and going on to many blind eyes. Another sleep night listening to music to help me go to sleep.
