There are ALOT of TV shows out there for kids. Some really far fetched, some really kid friendly, and some that are more for us parents.
I am really chosie on what I let my kids watch.
Some of my Favorite shows to let them watch are:
Little Einsteins, which they hardly ever watch any more, but I really enjoy
Seasme Street, Only my youngest watches this. We love The cookie moster!
Spongebob, which is more for me and my husband.
We also like the wonderpets!! we regularly sing "Whats going to work? Team work"
Dora is HUGE in this house!! My youngest is currently obsessed with Dora, we're talking bed sheets, pillow, and dolls kinda obsessed.
and with dora comes Deigo

And since Backyardagains follows deigo most of the time. We enjoy them too!
One show that we discovered on CBC is Animal Machanicals. Its honeslty a really cute show.
And what follows Animal Machanicals? Well that would be Bo On The Go!!! We LOVE LOVE LOVE bo on the go!
and our all time favorite is PHINEAS & FERB!! yesturday there was an all day marathon on!! Wahoo!! (we didnt spend all day watching it, but we would have liked to!!

I HATE Caillou, the way he talks drives me insane!
I stick to the same old video of winnie the pooh, and tigger too!
no fights-no tantrums
My kids were odd...the shows they liked when they were little were Arthur and The Magic School Bus....and of coarse our Pooh bear videos.
I've never heard of Animal Mechanicals or Bo on the Go...and I don't allow Spongebob or Phineas and Ferb, I don't even like them for myself.
He doesn't watch Seseme Street--Elmo's World is the only segment he likes.
Noggin is our favorite, because he can watch that without me worrying about what's coming on next, or if the show is appropriate. I don't use it as a babysitter, but it's helpful when I'm cooking, or doing something that Elliott can't participate in.
