Kyleigh's Story - Grandma's Lucky Star

My mom's flight back to Taiwan is tomorrow morning 7 AM. So, tonight is Kyleigh's last night with Grandma.

Kyleigh was playing with my mom's purse, and pulled everything out. After Kyleigh was done playing, my mom was putting everything back in the purse. She noticed that her airline ticket was missing. My mom didn't get an E-ticket. She got an old-fashioned paper ticket and she must have it in hand to fly. My mom freaked out and looked all over the place. She finally found the ticket in the trash. My mom must have mistakenly mixed up the ticket with scrap paper while she was cleaning out the room this afternoon.

My mom kept saying Kyleigh was her lucky star. If Kyleigh had not been playing with my mom's purse, my mom would not have noticed that the ticket was missing. Then she would be in big trouble after I drop her off at the airport tomorrow. Without the ticket, she can't go anywhere.

Losing tickets is the stuff of nightmares!! Good for Kyleigh.....

Though I imagine it will be hard to say goodbye. I just visited my own mom for a week and I don't know when I'll next see her. :-((
