Oh Spring!

What is it about you

that makes everything come to life?

Like a beacon in the darkness,

your warmth chases away

winter's barren chill.

Earth springs to life,

a blessed renewal

that speaks of life and hope and love

I bask in the warmth of this day,

breathing deeply,

taking in the scent of blossoms

which perfume the air,

thankful to be alive.

Cheryl ~ You've outdone yourself! This is the BEST SPRING PHOTO ESSAY around . . . Those turtles! If my niece saw those turtles she'd insist on trying to make them come out of the photo to her house ~ L O L . Good clarity.
