"I can no more disown Reverend Wright than I can disown the black community"
- Barack Obama March 18, 2008
NEW YORK TIMES STORY
"You know, I have been a member of Trinity United Church of Christ since 1992. I have known Reverend Wright for almost 20 years. The person I saw yesterday was not the person that I met 20 years ago. His comments were not only divisive and destructive, but I believe that they end up giving comfort to those who prey on hate and I believe that they do not portray accurately the perspective of the black church."
- Barack Obama, earlier today
I wonder if Jeremiah Wright heard those words. I bet he did.
Sounded like a disowning to me.

Hey, this is the guy that said "words mean something", right? I'm just holding him to his own words.........that's all.
if words mean nothing then why would anyone listen to him? Then, his words would mean nothing also, correct, or was the first part a lie? Hmmmmm.
Obama said that words have meaning. He stole the quote from Deval Patrick, but nonetheless Obama said it more than once, and did not give Gov. Patrick any attribution. Don't you remember this from Obama's previous scandal when he used Deval Patrick's speech highlights and got caught by the media?
"Don't tell me words don't matter," he said in his remarks. " 'I have a dream.' Just words? 'We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal.' Just words? 'We have nothing to fear but fear itself.' Just words? Just speeches?"

His associates have done him in. Wright, Ayers, Farrakhan, Michelle Obama.
LMAO.
I've never heard anyone describe throwing Jeremiah Wright under the bus so "nicely".
