In a word: Booooooooring!
This recipe needs more. More veggies like onion, more seasonings like fresh garlic and maybe rosemary and some gravy that makes itself. I would bake the roast on a rack and place some liquid such as beef broth in the bottom of the pan. This is the easiest way to make a sauce or gravy to serve over the slices.

Hope you are having a fabulous day too!!!
;-)
Thanks everyone.
And the weather is nasty today. When are we trading homes for a couple weeks???
My wife and sister's husband seem to rub each other the wrong way at times... sigh. I think it's a contest of sorts?... ;-) (just kidding Sis, if you happen to read this... arrgh)
I'll live though, and love to cook T-day dinner, ha!
I don't think we've ever had anyone in the family that seriously rubbed each other the wrong way. If someone doesn't like my family, there is something wrong with THEM and they are outta there!
It's not that bad really. I think it is because they are too much alike in some ways, ha ha.
As long as he treats my Sis right, he's OK with me.... ;-)
