This recipe has almost 2000 reviews and is still rated 5 of 5 stars. After reviewing it, I can see why. It sounds incredible.
I really don't see anything to change, other than maybe a few shortcuts so it isn't quite so labor intensive. You could simmer the sauce for less time and soak the noodles instead of cooking them for instance.
This one is bookmarked for the next time I make lasagna. Lasagna freezes extremely well so after dinner and lunch the next day, I would freeze this in individual portions.
