Where's the Cheese? And veggies, for that matter?
How about some roasted red pepper, cuke, Swiss, etc.? This sandwich needs MORE!
I would also add another layer of flavors by marinating the chicken a couple hours in a little of the spread then grilling it.
Otherwise, I love these kind of sandwiches!
