I cheated at dinner. It was frozen Chicken Florentine from Gourmet Dining. But I did find a recipe online for Cheddar Biscuits, and I thought since I had all the ingredients that I would try them. Here is a link to the recipe for the Biscuits. Rick and I had had the pasta before so I knew we would like it, the only thing I wish it had was more chicken.

I was leery about the kids since it has spinach in it. I asked the boys how they liked it and they said they did. Then D. asked me what the green stuff was and I told him spinach. For a second I was sure he was going to say he didn't like it anymore, but he didn't.
The biscuits didn't turn out to be very good in my opinion. I thought they tasted like flour. You couldn't taste the cheese at all. They looked nice, so I took a picture of them. So I won't be making them again! If anyone has suggestions on how to make them taste better let me know because I loved how easy they were to make! But I thought real fast that if no one liked them I should have a different choice, so I made Pillsbury flaky layers biscuits (5 on them) just in case. I am thinking next time of just using bisquik and adding cheese to that. I don't know how they would turn out, but I'm sure they would be better than the ones we had with dinner!

I add Chedder Cheese, parsley & garlic power to Bisquick & it makes the best biscuits ever.
I am still searching for a perfect biscuit recipe, and still haven't found it.
