Tonight's dinner is quite simple and delicious! Nothing says summer like a fresh salad!
I simply took frozen chicken breasts, soaked them in Italian dressing, breaded them in a mixture of Italian seasoned bread crumbs and parm cheese, then grilled on the Foreman style grill. Grill time from a frozen state was about 12-18 minutes.

Cut them up in strips, place over a bed of lettuce and greens (bagged salad), veggies, top with fries, grated cheddar and some dressing and VOILA', you have a marvelous and easy dinner of chicken salads! The entire meal took me less than 30 minutes!
Try it! It's so easy and soooooooo yummy!
