These sound pretty good.
For five breast halves, it sounds like an awful lot of marinade though. My changes: I would use a dry ranch mix (or make one from scratch) and I would marinate for at least two hours.
And why not use rosemary sprigs for the skewers?

Lynn, if you've eaten a roasted whole chicken, you've probably had it. Most recipes call for rosemary. Well, that I have seen anyway.
I agree with you Shannon, I'd marinate at least for two hours and the package of ranch or something similar sounds good too:)
