A Recipe a Day- Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

This recipe sounds absolutely fantastic! When I have yellow squash, bell pepper, onions and romas ready, I plan to try this one.

I love olive oil, but I would cut WAY down on the amount called for.

I normally don't got for turkey products, except for the real deal at Thanksgiving, but as long as it's fried up real well and smothered in sauce and stuff, I'd at least give it a try. I'd eat the zuke, then the squash, bur probably eat the rest altogether...after I eat the sausage. Gotta have some Italian bread and butter with it, too.
