I would let the chicken rest in the seasoning for a while, I think this would give it even more flavor.

It does sound like a yummy combination but I think this salad needs a bit more. I would add some diced tomato and green onion at the very least.

I like chicken and Caeser salad, so I'm all for this one. You can add the bacon, tomato and lettuce to mine and I won't complain one bit or change the recipe at all. It's a rarity that I'm not picky, but this one is a winner with me.
I would eat it just as it is... I love Caesar salad and every variation I've tried. I agree about letting the chicken soak up the seasonings first, though.
