For the longest time, when I heard the term "barbecue" I immediately thought of the red sauce variety. Many cultures make various forms of barbecue, all of them delish! I think this marinade sounds wonderful, but it seems to make a lot of it. I would use some as a dressing possibly and serve this as an Asian style salad.
