The idea for this recipe is fabulous, but I think it needs a little help.
I would use olive oil (rather than butter) in the sauce and add some fresh garlic. Also, brush the salmon with olive oil and the Old Bay (or your favorite seasonings) and let it rest for about an hour for even more flavor. Serve with fresh lemon juice.
If you like cilantro like I do, you will enjoy this combination.
