Bacon? Yes! Chicken? Yes! Barbecue Sauce? Maybe.
I would like to try this one, but I would make some changes for more flavor. I would top with the bbq sauce first, then a layer of thinly sliced onion, then top with bacon. Bake as recommended but broil the last few minutes to crisp up the bacon. If there is one thing I hate, it's wimpy bacon!
I think this would also be yummy (and messy!) served atop a good bun with a scoop of your favorite coleslaw.
