That's because you've never had my lemon muffins...complete with poppy seeds! Nothing against Michele's version, but I get requests for mine for parties, brunches, etc. with a couple people liking them even better than my cheesecake. (How can anyone choose anything other than my cheesecake...I don't know!) But I wouldn't complain if someone baked me a batch of these by anyone else's recipe so I can at least give them a try.
Kinda like my lemon poppy-seed bundt cake ... I just made your Buttermilk Corn Bread recipe ... it's cooling on the stove and I'm on my way to pick up my son. I'll let you know what he thinks ...
