Dinner doesn't get much easier than this!
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into pieces
2 potatoes, quartered
1 large can sauerkraut
Add sausage and potatoes to the slow cooker. Top with sauerkraut. Cover and cook on high 4 hours; or low 6-8 hours.
I served this dinner with mustard. Yummy!

I had left over brisket.
It's funny to me that you posted this because Wednesday night we walked into our church and were met by this terrible smell. I said "Man! It smells like sauerkraut in here!" Turns out a family that was up there feeding the missionaries had burned some broccoli they were fixing and that was the source of the smell.
