I've written my soul on a letter
A letter to you
I've shared
All my Longings
All my Fears
All my Hurts
I've written it all
Even the parts
For hiding...
I've written my soul on a letter
A letter to you
A letter you've never opened
A letter you've past unseen...
The Letter of My Soul...
Someone picked it up, liked it;
Publish it in a book
People read and loved,
Copied, gave to lovers...
The Letter of My Soul.
Someone liked it so much
He put it in an Envelope
Sealed it tight, tighter
And sent it straight up,
Straight to the Mailbox of God.
And when God opened the Envelope
My Envelope
The Envelope, which carried my Soul,
He looked
And looked again
And saw
What was left from me
After You
And whispered
Quietly:
EMPTY...
