My Daughter-In Law Has Been In A Very Bad Wreck

She Has A Broken neck. Her Truck rollled two times and threw her out. It rolled two times. The collem of the truck even felll on top of her. We do have little Brandon here with us. I am on my way now to visit with her father. Lorena my be paralixed the rest of her life. I most likely will be going to Iowa City with them. This was due to drinking and I am very  upset.

I just got back from her father's house. We are going to Ia. City this afternooon.A team odf dotor's will be acesiing her. She was still drunk this mrning. They are giving her Morphine now. If she even moves her neck, she will be paralized. He is telling her Grandmother now, Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

I am very sorry to hear this. The same thing happened to one of my daughters almost 3 years ago. She is now a paraplegic at 32.

With all the campaigns about wearing seat belts and not driving under the influence of alcohol, stuff like this still happens.

Diane, I really feel for you. This tragedy is exceedingly horrible. I just can't see why someone should have to go through an incident like this.

I'm sure that you have done all that you possibly could have to prevent something like this from occurring. God must put us through trying times for a reason.

Perhaps you could ask God for guidance on what He wants you to do to deal with this situation.
