
I fiddled with it this way and that. I turned down the saturation.....

I did soft focus....

I did sepia.....

I did focal B&W....hey that gives me an idea!

Bam...B&W..and a nice crop! Ahhh, now you can see the delicate white hairs without being distracted by the color.

While reenacting the process I took in fixing the image to my liking, I didcovered a fly in the picture! Here is the little guy:

So there you have it....a color image that morphed into a B&W.

I love your end result. I'm always trying to save a photo too. Why, I don't know because I have so MANY of them!
If you don't mind, I think it the original problem was overexposure. A hard one to fix for sure. I love phgotography but I'm still learning.
You are right Bobbi...I have found now a setting on the camera that takes a great picture of it. Thanks!
