Artwork - Information wanted

I found this at a garage sell for $3.00 when I was married to my first husband so it would of been in the 80's.  I was wondering if anyone would know anything about it or the artist?  I just found it really interesting and pretty it has hung on my wall ever since I got it.

Look on the back, it should have a number or gallery name. Halm told you where to go to find out about the painter. Paintings are made with so many first editions.
