ONE WEEK OLD.......

On wednesday my beautiful daughter Hayden was a week old. It feels like I just had her yesterday! She is such a gift and blessing! I just look at her and cant beleive she is here! Having her is the most important thing I have ever done and acheived! They say a baby changes everything.....and they are not lying! I am a mother now...and that is more important then anything else in my life! She is my heart and my angel! She has  made my life complete. All the pain, soreness and discomfort I am feeling from my c-section is so worth it when I look at her! I am looking forward to each new day I get to watch her grow and change!

You forget the pain just as soon as you see that face. The rest of the world fades away except you and that beautiful sweet child. My husband said that for the first 6 weeks after each child was born he was almost envious of our child, because I had never looked at him that way.
These first weeks will seem endless because of the sleep issue, but in reality they will speed by. She is so beautiful and certainly well worth all that you went through.

I believe that is why some people have more then one child because when you look at them for the first time you forget the 9mos of pregnancy and the pain you suffer after birth-it is all worth it!! She is beautiful!

She is absolutely adorable! I hope you are feeling better now! I found that healing went better after my C-section when I kept up my iron levels. I hope you are getting some sleep these days! Hang in there. It gets better once they get their little clocks all figured out!

She's such a pretty baby. Time goes by really fast once you become a mom, a lot faster than the end of the pregnancy, huh? My little guy is going to be 2 in 2 weeks! It seems like we just brought him home from the hospital!

Paula, congratulations!! She's beautiful!! Time does go by fast with them, my youngest just turned 4mo. yesterday!! I still can't beileve it!! And you will start to feel better too!! My first c-section seemed to take forever to heal, the second not so much. 9 days later I was out do my shoping and things I needed to do! I even had my wisdom tooth pulled. Hang in there it gets better, promise!!
