8 oz lite sour cream - 8 points
1 can cream of mushroom soup - 5 points
1 onion, diced - 0 points
8 oz dry whole wheat egg noodles - 12 points
8 oz can mushrooms, drained - 1 point
1 T ketchup - 0 points
1 T worcheshire sauce - 0 points
prepare egg noodles according to directions on package.
in a large, deep sided skillet, saute onions and meat. when meat is cooked through, add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, and worcheshire sauce. heat until bubbly. add pasta and sour cream. cook on low until heated through.
total points - 42
4 servings - 10.5 points each
a little high in points, but one of my absolute favorites!
