So today we went to the gym again. I did 30 minutes of cardio on the tredmill. Every 5 minutes, I decided that I would crank the speed up for one minute. I know that one minute may not seem like much... but to me, that's huge. So... every five minutes I ran for a minute. This definately got my heart rate pumping. Besides the fact that I need to control my breathing, I came out of that gym feeling accomplished and very proud of what I had done! :) I felt ready to take on the world.
I found out today that my company has a website devoted to healthy lifestyles and on that site, they have a meal diary, and even a section where I can add my exercise. It will tell me how many calories that my body needs, and also compare it to what I ate for the day. This to me is incredible! :) Very nice! :) I was so excited! :)
My day started with going to work, work work work, getting out at 9, going to the grocery store and buying lots of fruit and lite yogurt, then to subway to pick up a 6" cold cut sub on whole wheat, then home to eat and watch tv... While eatting watching The womens murder club and then... to the gym for 2 hrs! :) Now I'm home on gather!
I just wanted to share my accomplishment with someone!!!! Gotta start somewhere! :) Baby steps!

Good luck!!
I try to do cardio every day
I'm trying to gain weight, and I found a website like what you mentioned called Wellness360 - is that the one your company uses? You get paid to use it, and I know it started out as a private thing with just certain companies. Anyway - I've been tracking my diet to make sure I'm taking in enough to gain weight, and it's even motivated me to keep moving and exercise regularly. It's great!
Nic and I have talked about getting a membership to the YMCA, but we are going to wait until next month when we actually have time to use it.

J.W. I have never had the oven roasted chicken breast! I may have to try it! I'm very picky! But it sounds yummy! :) I'm so excited that there are places like subway that offer healthy alternatives for dinner when you don't feel like cooking. And they have so many choices! :)
