What is your favorite sandwich you prepare for yourself at home?

 

Mine would be a baked ham sandwich with (melted)swiss cheeese.  This sounds so good right now.

I dunno,
I like roast beef, but my favorite sandwhiches are usually things that someone else prepares me, like a Reuben Sandwich, or something like that.

peanut butter and medium whole banana yellow pepper opened and seeds taken out, laid flat on two slices of bread with peanut butter on each side.. then one slice of bread laid on top of the other.

I have always liked PeanutButter and Strawbeey Jam, for many years. but here lately its been Tuna-salad or egg salad.

I have severeal - all interesting - grilled cheese with pesto and tomato, hummus with tomato and onions in pita OR other flat bread, peanut butter and banana fried, or peanut butter and chiles. I also love tuna salad with taco seasoning in it. Got that idea from Lisa Lillian the Hungry Girl books.

We like grilled cheese. Also, scrambled cheese egg sandwiches with bacon or ham. This is making me hungry already.
