I wish I had a better camera! The full moon has been coming up over the Sacramento Mountains for the last several nights and it has been so beautiful! My little genric digital camera does quite well with most things, but moon shots are not its cup of tea! I've told my husband that I want a camera that will allow me to take better sky shots with!

So that is on my wish list!

Okay, came out pretty good!
Had to fight with Java to get the picture uploaded, if you are having trouble uploading pictures, make sure that Java has access to the internet through your firewall!

Nice moon shot. A better lens wouldn't have given you much better detail through the haze but on clear nights the difference could be huge. Good luck on upgrading your camera.

That's not a bad shot. It is hard to take pictures at dusk unless you use a tripod and a slow shutter speed.
