So it has finally arrived, my birthday. I am 22 years old today. It's bittersweet, though, because it is my first birthday without Nanny. What makes that even worse is that her birthday would be in 6 days, so that day just won't be the same.
But for now I'm going to try to celebrate my birthday and have a good day. I know that my mom is taking me out to dinner and I already got one present two weeks ago, a new iPod touch, so I've already had a good birthday! It's just now official, I am 22. My mom says it's all downhill from here lol.

i remember my birthday without my grandfather.. it was different.. sad.. but i still had a great day because i knew he was still with me ! and your Nanny is still with you ! have a fabulous birthday.. you deserve it !

You have.. well, what Gwen said! I just turned 30 this year, and thought it would all be downhill, but I've found I'm just enjoying life!
