There's another cool website similar to Gather, except that there's no gift cards as rewards, just money! Instead of gift cards you can earn a % of the revenue earned from the popularity of articles you submit to Hubpages.com. You might wonder what a hub is and it's really just another word for an article or one page website (much like Squidoo lenses). Hubs can be about any topic you choose, and can include text, photos, videos, rss feeds, amazon & eBay products, and many more features. When people visit your hubs and click on ads or buy Amazon/eBay products, you share in the revenue generated. If you don't currently have a Google Adsense, Amazon Associates or Ebay partner network membership, don't worry, these are also free to join and most are easy to get accepted into (Google & Amazon are easiest). There's also no limit to how many hubs you can create, and currently there's a "100 hubs in 30 days challenge" going on, which ends this month. Some people are crazy enough to make that many hub pages! But it's cool, because you can learn how to make money with Hubpages, and they can become a passive income source that generates you money while you're away from your computer!
The other advantage to making hubs is you can use them to promote your website, blog or product, by placing links in your hubs. It's really a pretty simple process to create, edit and publish a hub, and it's free to use their site, just like Gather. I'd even recommend re-writing Gather articles and using the content for your hubs, because it would create some nice, easy, and unique hubs.
You can learn more about Hubpages.com and sign-up here.
Also you can check out a recent hubpage I created called "Are There Easy Ways to Make Money Online", if you'd like to see an example. Good luck to anyone who signs up, I've already seen some revenue start to come in.. If you're already signed up with hubpages, please share your experiences or tips here.
