O! Thank God it's Friday... another weekend for us to have fun outside the office days. It's another time to sleep well and not be in a hurry to wake up, plenty of time to sing, dance, go to the beach, the zoo etc.
In Nigeria the weekends is usually occupied with political meetings, burials... but the all known regular, is weeding ceremonies at different locations.
I don't know what it is like in your area... I want know! So please tell me and all in gathers what's happening in your area at the weekends.
Tell me... I want to know as I read from all your contributions.

Because it is summer, many students have left town until Fall. There isn't much happening with the state government, either, since the legislative session ended two weeks ago.
But! The artistic community continues to thrive with several poetry readings, concerts, and our First Friday art walk. A comedy improvisation geared toward people of diverse sexual preferences premiers near one of the college campuses. Lectures and presentations are being offered from subjects that range from habitat preservation to Transcendental Meditation.
It's a great place to live if you can tolerate the heat.
on Rainy days like this weekend, people will...well...
