We used to go out to eat after church and have "fend for yourself" meals on Sunday night when our daughters were still living at home. Now we usually go to my daughter's house for Family Night late Sunday afternoon. Sometimes she prepares a meal, sometimes our other daughter brings food, and sometimes we bring a dinner over. Sometimes we just have snacks that we all contribute to. We play with the grandkids for an hour or so, and then after they go to bed, the adults play games, watch a movie or just visit. I love having our family nights, and I hope they continue for many years to come.

Yes I usually make a special Sunday meal. Today we are having homemade Split Pea soup and Rye Crisp crackers!

no I normally work sunday nights. but i hope I will someday get to that point that I will be able to . I'll be more concerned about it when sophia isnt a baby anymore.

In the Winter we tend to have stuff like roast that cooks all day-we never eat out on Sundays!

Depends on how I am feeling. I just go day to day anymore. Sundays are usually roast or pasta here. Tonight is turkey, gravy, noodles and green beans.

sometime I make baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and cranberry sauce. Or meatloaf,mash potatoes,gravy, green beans and apple sauce.

Sometimes I do,

I cook all week big meals, on the weekends we just kinda have what ever , take out,
something quick and simple...

Like tonight my kids had a bunch of friends over playing hockey,
We ended up getting 3 trays of pizza and wings...weekends are our playtime and together time,don't want to spend all day in the kitchen...

No, not really. Usually I try to make the easiest meal of the week on Sunday because I know I've got to get some rest for the week to come. I like to clean up early and relax.
