OK Greyhound whats wrong with you?

Ok so here my story!!!!

I looked online to book my bus ticket home to Ny for the holidays/xmas this year,and last week for a 25 day advance ticket for leaving 12/23 was only 100$ round trip,I was soo happy but didnt have the money at time last week,so I waited this week,go back and The 25 day advance is gone??? what the heck!!! So I call and ask because its way before 25 days and I should have that option to book it right? NOPE...they say its a black out date,however I can leave the 22nd or the 24TH X-MAS EVE remind you and get that price but not the 23rd?? DUH,why not??? the women gave no explanation.and I mention well is that not retarded or what and in less then a week they decide not to offer it just on that ONE DAY!

,if you black out anything you would think it would be christmas eve not the day before ... So now I cannot afford my ticket because its 150$ and I only have the 100 , so now I have to wait til next week when I get paid to be able to book this...And its the 14 day in advance one,and she swore that wont change,,,and god forbid if it does Im calling to speak to a supervisor...the 23rd should not be a black out date for the 25 day in advance purchase price!

so thats my vent,and I dont understand still!
