I collect points from mypoints.com, thankyourewards (Citibank uses this group) and gather.com.

I am collecting for Target gift cards - $50 (from mypoints and from gather) and CVS $50 gift cards.  They allow me to splurge a little in terms of getting things a bit outside my budget.

I need about 200 gather points to get the next gift card through gather. 

Hey, it's income!

Isn't it fun to do that! I used to use my points exclusively for books, but it's starting to look bookier in here than a library so I've put my focus elsewhere :)

I was talking to someone last night about the points vs. content thing last night. I think its possible to be here for content, but still enjoy the fact that enjoying that content can also bring you something else. It is a win-win situation. I know, not what you were speaking of Leslie. It just made me think of it. Here is a little help for you. For me I will hobble along slowly reading things that interest me and when I finally notice I am there I will get cash. It spends anywhere.

It always takes me forever nowadays to get the Gather points chocked up. Good luck with that. I suggest you concentrate on reviewing photos. I think that earns a little more quickly than writing.
