Life is good :)

I am thinking life is good. Granted my car was acting up this morning and Iwas late for work but .. life is good. My 'new' boyfriend talked to a friend of his who is a mechanic and he came to MY job and fixed my car for me after I bought the parts. He fixed it for a fraction of what a shop would have done it for! Its nice my boyfriend looks out for me like that! I had to spend some money I really couldn't afford to spend and I needed it for another bill .. but I am glad it was something small and easy enough for him to do at my job! Oh and my boyfriend bless his heart brought all of us lunch!

My new habitat for humanity house is awesome. My kids and I are so happy with the new place. Next week a group of High School students are coming to help with some landscaping. This is exciting because right now my yard is dirt, mudd. and sand! Someone is coming with a dozer to level it then next week the kids and I will be planting grass and some flowers. I feel so blessed! They are even going to help me dig the space for my garden!!!  :)  Speaking of garden the mini greenhouse things (I bought with my gather home depot card) has already got my plants sprouting up! I am so excited I watered and checked on them last night and they are already coming up. Little tiny green buds!!! Yippie!

Today on gather I already had enough points to send for another $25 home depot card. I love gather ... and home depot ... and all my friends on gather!

I am still exercising and losing weight. Feels good to be getting back into shape! Although I did backslide for one day last week when me and some friends went out to the club. I drank WAY to much Rum and Coke. I don't normally like soda or drink soda .. unless it is out and about like at a bar or resturant. I was kicking myself the next day not only because of the killer hangover but because of all the calories!! I did dance my butt off all night though ... even when the music stopped .. LOL. Its my friends fault the drinks were only $1 and they kept buying them. So I would dance come back to the table and drink some not knowing I was drinking a whole new drink. Guess I wasn't paying attention and assumed it was lasting longer then usual! I didn't have to drive though. I never do when I go out. My one friend doesn't drink so he drives us.

Everything is still going fantastic with me and my boyfriend. He is truly a gem! I am so glad I met him.   :)

Oh .. and you know how anytime life is going good your evil ex's climb out of the woodwork? Well TWO different men I had dated at one point or another in my life have all the sudden started popping into my life. I told them I have a boyfriend now and I am very happy. Then I reminded them an ex is an ex for a reason and I am going forward in my life and not back!  :)
