lo, this one is good, Curt. a strand is rope in my book, or neclace, and we know what copper is, but there are So many expensive decidious trees.... I have many crepe myrtles and a fav that i notice in neighbors yard is A "copper raintree" but am pretty sure that is not the answer... STUMPED!

I think Ms. Marge got it right - Cu is Copper - one of my favorite metals - love to apply that heat gun...and the patinas that you can do - esp with shhhh urine...lol..ok well, I'll be back! Salud.

Copper was as far as I got. LOL I never heard of a copper beech tree until I read Marges post so I looked it up. What a pretty tree!
