I post recipes, photos, sometimes whatever comes into my mind and needs to be recorded somewhere. I'm also currently doing a challenge that requires me to post every day.

I guess it depends on what niche you are in. If you are in a good niche there is always something to write about. I work in the mobile phone recycling niche so am always adding things regarding that as on http://www.sellyourmobile.info/

I just notice things when I go about my daily routine
sometimes I will email myself a message or picture from my cell phone when I think of something or see something neat
