Flagging a Flagged Post: Let's ALL do it!
Have you ever had an already FLAGGED post FLAGGed by someone in the "community"? Seriously, if you have already flagged it accordingly why does someone feel the need to flag it? TROLLS, that's why. TROLLS try their best to get whatever content you've posted off the site asap.
I recently posted an adult themed post that was flagged accordingly by me and even specified that people who were offended by it need not comment. Less than a day later it was flagged by someone else for the reason of OTHER. What the heck does other even mean? Doxie Lover pointed it out and it is true, flagging an already flagged post is nothing more than HARASSMENT!
if you had the guts to do that then have the guts to admit why you did it! What does other mean?
I am sure it was a member who disliked what I had to say about her thoughts on another post on my sister's site, she later says my posts are smutty and i'm a pointwhore. HA HA HA! can we all say petty and pathetic?

I also feel it is a waste of time for Gather staff and would think they would be irritated with having more work added to their workload, unnecessary work for them to have to check out an already flagged post. If I was on Gather staff, I'd be kind of irritated!
Well, it sure wasn't me, but I've had a flagged post, flagged again too-by someone else?
I've also, not lately "flagged" my own with Adult content- due to war items, etc. which I did myself, don't KNOW if that was flagged again, don't think so.
Yep, some people will rather than NO READ per your advise, they'll read it and flag it, that isn't me, when I wondered into a article which is adult theme, I don't like and they labeled it, I'd just leave or like it or maybe even say I don't like it, wouldn't give a #1 or something, though.

Flagging something that is already flagged is done out of spite. If it was not then the person would have the courtesy to tell the poster why they felt it needed to be flagged again.
It was funny when I was going over again your post and realized that you flagged as adult theme and someone else flagged it as other... go figure. lol
But like I have said before....hey you get more comments when they do that... now you are famous on Gather.. Why don't you run a contest to see who can get the most flags on one article??? lol

When there is a consequence for giving a bogus claim/flag maybe these people will stop. I also think the rating system should be completely removed or a three choice option - Great, Good and Fair. This 1 rating the trolls punch in should be realized for what it is, being mean.
